    These quick and easy pancake dippers are so fun and yummy.  We love the ease of eating them and the delicious mix of sweet and salty-savory.   All you need is a skillet, pancake mix, and bacon.   Start by cooking your bacon in whichever method works best for you.  We like to use our microwave and use one of these.  Prepare pancake mix according to package directions and pre-heat skillet.  I love to use my electric skillet when we make pancakes, for the ease of flipping.     Ranch Hamburger Stir Fry

    Ranch Hamburger Stir Fry is one simple recipe that is sure to be a crowd pleaser!   You just need ground beef, some basic seasonings, soy sauce, and ranch!   Start by warming sesame oi in your pan, and then add in your garlic and ginger to cook for approx 1-2 mins.   Then add in your ground beef, crumbling it and cooking through.   Next, add in your cayenne pepper, onion powder and salt and pepper, stirring to combine.   Pour in your soy sauce, stirring and letting cook and additional 2-3 mins.  Remove and serve!   Serve over rice, topping with ribbons of Ranch dressing.   That’s it!  You’re done!  This super quick and easy…

    Quick & Simple Cashew Chicken

    I dont know about you and yours, but in our house we love us some Chinese food.   I stumbled across this recipe for Spicy Cashew Chicken on MommaChelle and tweaked it to fit my lazyness and our tastes.  It is now a regular in our rotation of go-to dinner ideas.   We tend to cook a lot of rice all at once, so we can easily pull it for the next meal to help save time.
