Halloween Cocktail: Purple People Eater

Needing a fun drink for your Halloween activities? This Purple People Eater cocktail is sure to make an impression! Tasty blueberry vodka from Western Son is a great base of flavor. Adding in sweet and sour and grape juice to make a simple and tasty drink.

Purple People Eater

  • 2 oz Western Son Blueberry Vodka
  • 1 oz Sweet & Sour Mix (fresh or premade)
  • 1 1/2 oz Cran-Grape Juice
  • 1/2 oz Grenadine
  • 1 oz Blue Curacao
    Then stir together, pour over ice and top with sprite. (Rim with purple sugar,optional)

(However since most people will want a larger quanity mixed ahead of time this recipe can be premade in batches for quick pours)

Batch Recipe

  • 1 bottle of Western Son Blueberry Vodka
  • 2 C Sweet & Sour mix
  • 3 C Cran-Grape Juice
  • 2 C Blue Curacao
  • 1 C Grenadine

Then stir together. Serve 6oz per glass over ice, and top with Sprite. Should provide roughtly 16 servings.

I made this drink in honor of my mom who would always sing the Purple People Eater song. 🙂 If you havent heard it, you should definitely check it out. After that, be sure to mix up a drink!
